CARE, YOUR WAY
Every family enters the postpartum season with different needs.
Some parents need an extra set of hands while they recover and adjust to life with a newborn. Others need overnight support so they can finally get a few uninterrupted hours of sleep. And sometimes, as your baby grows, you simply need guidance making sense of sleep.
At Lila Motherhood, care is designed around your baby, your family, and what would make this season feel a little easier.
No rigid routines. No judgment. No one-size-fits-all approach.
Not Sure What Kind of Support You Need?
That’s completely okay.
You don’t need to know exactly how many nights you’ll need or what life with your new baby will look like before we talk.
During your consultation, we’ll discuss your due date or baby's age, your family, what you’re anticipating, and where you’d most like support.
From there, I can help you determine what type of care makes the most sense.
Support should fit your family—not the other way around.
OVERNIGHT NEWBORN SUPPORT
Because rest changes everything.
Those first nights with a newborn can feel endless—especially when you’re recovering from birth at the same time.
Overnight support gives you the opportunity to rest while knowing your baby is being cared for by an experienced, attentive professional nearby.
Throughout the night, we care for your baby’s needs while supporting the feeding plan that works best for your family.
Overnight care may include:
• Newborn soothing and settling
• Diaper changes
• Bottle feeding
• Bottle preparation and washing
• Bringing baby to you for nursing
• Burping and settling baby after feeds
• Cleaning and preparing feeding supplies
• Tracking feeds, sleep, and diaper changes when desired
• Supporting healthy newborn sleep habits
• Keeping your baby's space organized
• Helping you understand your baby's nighttime patterns
If you’re breastfeeding, we bring your baby to you when it’s time to feed and take over afterward so you can return to sleep.
If you’re bottle feeding, we manage overnight feeds according to your family’s preferences so you can get a longer stretch of uninterrupted rest.
You sleep. Your baby is cared for. And morning feels a little more manageable.

POSTPARTUM DOULA CARE
Support for you while you learn and care for your baby.
The postpartum period is about so much more than newborn care. Your body is recovering, your family is adjusting, and you’re learning an entirely new little person—all while running on very little sleep.
Postpartum doula care provides experienced, hands-on support in your home so you have space to recover, rest, and grow more confident in caring for your baby.
Your support may include:
• Newborn care and soothing
• Feeding support
• Bottle preparation and washing
• Newborn education and guidance
• Understanding your baby’s cues
• Support establishing gentle routines
• Postpartum recovery support
• Light meal and snack preparation
• Baby laundry and nursery organization
• Light household tasks related to postpartum recovery and baby care
• Care for your baby while you shower, eat, sleep, or simply take a break
• Emotional support and a listening ear
Most importantly, care adapts to what you need that day.
Some days that may mean answering a hundred newborn questions.
Other days it may mean taking the baby, folding a load of tiny clothes, making sure you’ve eaten, and telling you to go take a nap.

INFANT/TODDLER SLEEP SUPPORT
Better sleep begins with understanding your baby.
Sleep can quickly become one of the most overwhelming parts of early parenthood.
There is no shortage of advice telling parents what their baby should be doing—but babies aren’t all the same, and sleep support shouldn’t be either.
Lila Motherhood offers individualized infant sleep guidance based on your baby's age, temperament, current sleep patterns, and your family's goals and comfort level.
Sleep support may include:
• Review of your baby's current sleep patterns
• Age-appropriate sleep expectations
• Nap and bedtime routines
• Sleep environment recommendations
• Schedule and wake-window guidance
• Identifying sleep associations
• Troubleshooting frequent night waking
• Supporting longer stretches of nighttime sleep
• Nap transitions
• Personalized sleep plans when appropriate
• Ongoing guidance and adjustments
• Parent education and reassurance throughout the process
You’ll never be pressured into a method that doesn’t feel right for your family.
Instead, we’ll look at what’s happening, determine what may be contributing to the sleep challenges, and create a realistic plan you feel comfortable implementing.
The goal isn't simply a baby who sleeps better. It's a family that feels better.
